The International Arts Development Program Association (IADPA) is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the arts through performance, education, and cultural exchange. Founded in Washington, D.C., IADPA develops and supports programs that connect artists, educators, and communities through meaningful artistic experiences. Its initiatives aim to provide opportunities for artistic growth, professional development, and international engagement. IADPA is the parent organization of the Washington International Young Artists Music Series (WIYAMS), an annual concert series that showcases outstanding young musicians from around the world and provides performance opportunities in the Washington, D.C. area.
The Catholic University of America

Bulgarian Music Society
The Bulgarian Music Society in Washington, D.C., is a vibrant cultural organization founded in 2009—thanks to support from the St. George Foundation—which has since presented over 77 concerts featuring more than 400 artists in the elegant setting of the Bulgarian Embassy. Their annual concert series celebrates a rich blend of traditional and contemporary music from Bulgaria and around the globe—encompassing classical, jazz, folk, opera, and dance. The Washington International Young Artists Music Series (WIYAMS) partners with them through co-presented “Music Salon” events at the embassy, giving gifted young performers from leading universities and international backgrounds a prestigious platform to share diverse musical voices with the D.C. community.
