About the

Thank you for your interest in the Potomac International Piano Competition.

We welcome young pianists from around the world to participate and share their music through an international platform dedicated to artistic growth and excellence.

Piano Competition

The Potomac International Piano Competition (PIPC) is an international online piano competition for young pianists ages 4–18, presented by the International Arts Development Program Association (IADPA), a U.S.-based nonprofit organization.

The competition was created to provide young piano students with a professional and encouraging platform to share their music, gain valuable performance experience, and celebrate their artistic achievements.

In addition to recognizing excellence, PIPC aims to support musical growth by offering constructive feedback from an international jury panel. We believe competitions should not only reward achievement, but also inspire learning, confidence, and continued artistic development.

Through this competition, we hope to connect students, teachers, and music communities from around the world while encouraging the next generation of young musicians to pursue their artistic goals.
