The International Art Development and Promotion Association (IADPA) is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting artistic excellence, cultural exchange, and educational initiatives across disciplines.
Through performances, educational programs, competitions, and international collaborations, IADPA supports artists and young musicians at various stages of their artistic development.
Bulgarian Music Society
The Bulgarian Music Society in Washington, D.C., is a vibrant cultural organization founded in 2009—thanks to support from the St. George Foundation—which has since presented over 77 concerts featuring more than 400 artists in the elegant setting of the Bulgarian Embassy.
Their annual concert series celebrates a rich blend of traditional and contemporary music from Bulgaria and around the globe—encompassing classical, jazz, folk, opera, and dance.
Washington International Young Artists Music Series (WIYAMS)
The Washington International Young Artists Music Series (WIYAMS) is an artist development and performance initiative based in the Washington, D.C. area.
Each season, WIYAMS selects a limited number of outstanding musicians from around the world to receive the designation of WIYAMS Artist. These artists represent a diverse community of emerging performers who are preparing for professional careers in music.
Through concerts, media promotion, professional recordings, and artistic collaborations, WIYAMS provides performance opportunities and career-development support for the next generation of musicians.
