Chamber Ensembles of 2–4 Members
Featured Recognition
Applicants must submit:

One professional headshot for each member

Short biography (150–200 words) for each member

Group introduction (maximum 200 words)

Audition video: maximum 20 minutes total, including at least one complete piece or movement under 8 minutes
Audition Video Requirements

The video must be uploaded to YouTube, and the link must be included in the application form.

The recording must have been made within the past 12 months.
-
Video and audio quality must be clear and suitable for professional review.

All ensemble members must be clearly visible throughout the performance.

Record in a space with suitable acoustics and minimal background noise.

Informal or casual recordings will not be accepted.

The ensemble members in the audition video must be the same members who will perform in the official WIYAMS concert if selected.
Repertoire Requirements

The total submitted repertoire may not exceed 20 minutes.

At least one complete piece or movement must be under 8 minutes.

Applicants may submit more than one work or movement within the 20-minute limit.

Repertoire should be suitable for a formal concert performance.

Featured Recognition

Each ensemble must have 2–4 members.
-
Ensembles may include members at different academic levels, including undergraduate and graduate students.

Each member must meet the general eligibility requirements for WIYAMS ARTIST or WIYAMS YOUNG ARTIST.
Featured Recognition
Qualified ensembles will first be selected as WIYAMS Artist Candidates.
Final ensembles will be selected from the candidate pool based on artistic quality, programming needs, and available performance opportunities.
After successfully completing an official WIYAMS performance, each ensemble member will receive the title of WIYAMS ARTIST or WIYAMS YOUNG ARTIST, based on their academic status at the time of application.
Application Policies

All application fees are non-refundable.

WIYAMS is a selective artist development program. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection, a performance opportunity, or the award of a WIYAMS Artist title.

Applications are evaluated based on artistic quality, programming needs, and available performance opportunities.

Only ensembles that are selected, invited to perform, and successfully complete an official WIYAMS performance will receive the official invitation to the WIYAMS concert series. Each eligible member will then be awarded the title of WIYAMS ARTIST or WIYAMS YOUNG ARTIST, according to their academic status.

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all submitted materials are accurate and meet the published application requirements.

The International Art Development and Promotion Association (IADPA) reserves the right to interpret and administer all policies related to the WIYAMS Artist Program.
